COURSE DESCRIPTION
A Team leader or supervisor is a first line management role, with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.
Skillcert’s Team Leader Apprenticeship programme will equip you with the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours to enable Team Leaders to support, manage and develop their team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver operational plans, resolve problems, and build relationships internally and externally.
Requirements
- Learners must be in a role where they are able to apply the skills of the apprenticeship.
- Be employed on PAYE (not self-employed or freelance)
- Spend 50% of working hours in England.
