COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Mortgage Adviser apprenticeship provides individual with the opportunity to become fully qualified and authorised to provide regulated mortgage advice to a range of clients.
The programme covers all the technical elements to meet the Mortgage Conducts of Business rules and successful candidates will complete the London Institute of Banking and Finance Certificate in Mortgage and Practice during the duration programme including UK Financial Regulation (CeMAP 1), The Mortgage Advice Process (CeMAP 2) and the Application of Mortgage Advice(CeMAP 3). Individuals may also opt to complete the CII route of CF1 and CF6 if required.
In addition to the technical elements, individual will also develop their skills in relationship development, communication, governance and problem solving which are key attributes in a fast changing mortgage market.
Requirements
- Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer.
- Must be employed in a relevant role
- Have not achieved the CII CF6 Mortgage Advice Unit (or equivalent)
