Financial Services Administrator Level 3
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship is designed for those who may be commencing their careers within financial services or for an existing employee who may be seeking to further developing their skills to become a paraplanner, mortgage/financial adviser.
The programme will provide individuals with the opportunity to develop their skills in quality service delivery, customer communication and relationships, planning and prioritising to facilitate good outcomes for the business whilst operating with integrity and honesty.
Those embarking on the programme will also have the opportunity to complete a gateway qualification such as Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (R01/FSRE) with the Chartered Insurance Institute or the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Where an individual is considering a future career in mortgage advice, they have the option to complete the level 3 UK Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (CF1) or UK Financial Regulation (CeMAP1)
Entry Requirements
- Individual employers will set the selection criteria for their Apprenticeships.

Most candidates will have Level 2 Maths and English, ideally as part of 5 GCSE A-C grades.
- Employers who recruit candidates without English or Maths at Grade C or above must ensure that the candidate achieves this standard prior to the completion of the Apprenticeship.

This is an entry level role which provides the foundation knowledge skills & experience for progression into a number of career paths including Senior Administrator, Paraplanner, Financial Adviser or Mortgage Adviser.
